That's Chris Cunningham...he also did a bunch of Aphex Twin videos that kicked ass and he worked with Kubrick on the robots that eventually found their way into A.I. (though he was off the project before Kubrick died and had nothing to do with the eventual Speilberg movie as far as I know.) From what IMDB says he hasn't been upt o much since the early 2000s, which is too bad as the guy definitely has a vision.
